- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management/Psychology) with IPK min. 3.00\
- Maximum 30 years old
- Required language(s): fluent in written and spoken English
- English and computer literate is a must
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (proven experience as HR staff )
- Effective communication and presentation skills, confidently present to all level and effectively transfer a message.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to support business focused analysis and decisions

Job Description:
- Conduct HR Program of human resources development including planning , implementation and monitoring, recruitment, coaching & counseling, performance management & evaluation
- Manage HR & GA Procedures, SOP including ISO/SMK3 and implementation
- Responsible of HR administration process (employee data base, payroll & remuneration)
- Coordinating with others department related working schedule, over time , permit/leave, and HR ERP System development
