Human Resource Staff

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management/Psychology) with IPK min. 3.00\
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Required language(s):  fluent in written and spoken English
  • English and computer literate is a must
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (proven experience as HR staff )
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, confidently present to all level and effectively transfer a message.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to support business focused analysis and decisions
  • Self starter, self motivated, fast learner, an open minded person and willing to be developed
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Gresik, East Java

 Job Description:

  1. Conduct HR Program of human resources development  including  planning , implementation and monitoring, recruitment, coaching & counseling, performance management & evaluation
  2. Manage HR & GA Procedures, SOP including ISO/SMK3 and implementation
  3. Responsible of HR administration process  (employee data base,  payroll & remuneration)
  4. Coordinating with others department related working schedule, over time , permit/leave, and HR ERP System development
